Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 days full refund policy from the day of delivery.
The item should have not been used nor turned on/plugged and should be in the original packaging or of the same quality and in re-salable condition. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
 
Our returns policy is valid for all standard items and does not apply to clearance sale items, customized items and those that are made-to-order.
To claim a return please send us an email to support@nordicer.com.
 
Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund. You will be refunded the full order amount, excluding original shipping cost. (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Refunds are credited to the same card or account that was used for payment at purchase.
 
nordicer™ cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. Please, make sure that it has been packed well so that it does not get damaged during transportation.
